Position Overview: 

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager? An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our team as we expand our footprint in the Australian market. We are a leading IT services company, specializing in “Software Projects,” “Migration Projects,” and “IT Outsourcing.” As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and driving our business forward.

Location: Remote (Based in India, serving Australian clients)

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in Australia.
  • Analyze market demands and customer needs to strategically position and promote services.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Proactively go out and develop effective business development strategies to acquire new clients in Australia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Actively seek opportunities, identify leads, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Remote Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct virtual presentations to showcase services, emphasizing their value propositions and addressing client queries effectively.

Regular Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts to aid in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in proactively acquiring new business and sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience working in a remote capacity, preferably serving international clients.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Australian business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Proficient in using Hubspot CRM tools and other sales-related software.

Availability:

  • Flexibility to work in Australian business hours time zone to accommodate client needs.
