Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analyzing business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into effective solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable project specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using a variety of techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to effectively communicate requirements to development and design teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements, and provide ongoing clarification and support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with business needs.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of gathering and documenting requirements, and successfully translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirement prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
